Our Home Delivered Hot Meals program provides nutritious, ready-to-eat meals for individuals who are elderly, disabled, ill, or recovering from surgery. Whether you're facing temporary recovery or long-term needs, we’re here to help ensure you never have to worry about your next meal.

A Step Above Lawn Care is proud to offer reliable and professional lawn mowing services for seniors in our community. Through a special program, we partner with homeowners aged 60 and older to help maintain safe, beautiful yards all season long.

Immunizations are import for people of all ages--from infants and school-ages children to adults and seniors.  Vaccines protect against serious, preventable diseases like measles, polio, whooping cough and more.  We partner with the Knox County Health Department to bring this vital service to Eastern Knox County by offering monthly immunization clinics.

Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program

Supplemental foods to promote health and nutrition for infants and children up to age 5, expectant mothers, post partum or breast feeding mothers.

A prenatal clinic for the Amish is a medical service specifically designed to provide pregnancy care for Amish women in a way that respects their cultural preferences, values, and lifestyle.

Delivers customized massage treatments focused on relieving pain, tension, inflammation, and limited range of motion

Serving Knox, Holmes, Coshocton, and Ashland Counties, our Women’s Clinics offer essential health services in a caring and confidential environment.

We provide PAP tests and clinical breast exams.  

 To improve breast health awareness and early detection of breast cancer among women in Eastern Knox County by providing convenient access to mobile mammography services, helping save lives through timely screenings. 

In partnership with St. Luke Community Center, Life Line Screening visits our community once a year to offer affordable, non-invasive health screenings. These tests help detect plaque buildup, which can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke, and aneurysms—often before symptoms appear.
